I currently offer two Mat classes, catering for both new to pilates clients and those of mixed ability up to intermediate level.

My Essential Pilates course is for beginners, or those who want to revisit the basics, improve mobility and core strength.
We focus on the mat pilates principles, classes are fun and varied and designed to promote flexibility, back health and general wellbeing. All you need is a mat !
My Mixed Ability course is essential to intermediate level, designed for clients who have some experience of pilates and are comfortable with a greater level of exertion.
We use small props like flex band, small soft stability balls, pilates circle and weighted balls for building and toning muscles in arms and shoulders
